Guest Services Specialist

Wesley Chapel Hospital
- Deliver world-class customer service and function as the guest’s liaison to all services within the Bay Care Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community.
- Possess advanced computer skills and become proficient in the following areas as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.
This role is hospitality-focused and critical to supporting a positive experience for each guest.
Qualifications- Self-motivated team-player with 1 year of demonstrable success in a high-stress, fast-paced work environment.
- Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.
- Required experience:
1 year in related field and 2 years in customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:
