Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
Position Summary
We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a positive attitude by greeting members, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, neat, member‑ready area.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, payment processing, and transporting items.
- Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members when pickup time is delayed, informing them of product availability, and offering alternative options.
- Conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise safely, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
- Maintain cart and flatbed availability, retrieve carts using equipment, and keep the parking lot clean.
- Resolve member issues and concerns, promote company products and services, and communicate progress and information to managers and coworkers.
You will be on your feet and on the go, helping members load their vehicles and supporting a great member experience. Your tasks include answering questions, greeting members, providing assistance, and ensuring a well‑kept parking lot.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances.
