We work as a team across all three locations to drive the success of the Agency. Fisher Financial Services is well established and maintains an excellent reputation for customer service.
This is a full‑time position. Insurance license will be required, either 4‑40, 20‑44 or 2‑20. Workdays will be in our Wesley Chapel location, on SR 56. Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. No nights, weekends or after‑hours required.

- Support the sales efforts of your team members
- Process payments and endorsements on policies
- Complete insurance reviews
- Maintain customer files
- Handle inbound phone inquiries and make outbound calls to complete tasks
- At least one year of prior customer service experience required
- 4-40 Insurance license is required (weekend course), 20-44 and 2-20 also accepted
- Strong communication skills, in both email and verbally
- Must be tech savvy & coachable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Data entry and typing skills
- Pleasant demeanor with a passion for helping people
