Petco is seeking a Hospital Concierge for our Vetco Total Care hospital. You will be the first and last point of contact for clients and their pets, delivering outstanding customer service, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors.
Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year in veterinary or customer-facing work, excellent communication, compassion, and proficiency with phones and computers. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.
