What We Offer- Travelling between our Wesley Chapel and Carrollwood offices.
- Work hours 7:45 am–4:30 pm with a one‑hour lunch, Monday–Thursday. Fridays 7:45 am–3:00 pm. Rarely will you work past these hours.

- Provides superior chair‑side clinical support and assistance to doctors, including charting, patient education, operating room set‑up, and clean‑up.
- Manages patient flow, prioritizes operating room usage, and updates doctors on patient status.
- Welcomes and greets patients and provides a personal introduction.
- Takes and processes X‑rays.
- Performs patient hand‑offs.
- Enters and updates patient treatment plans as directed by the treating doctor using the company's system.
- Verifies that the patient’s clinical service needs are met and takes appropriate action when visits do not meet expectations.
- Escorts the patient to check‑out.
- Completes sterilization processes for equipment and operating rooms.
- Monitors all laboratory cases and ensures readiness for the next day’s schedule.
- Maintains emergency kits, first‑aid supplies, emergency medications, and oxygen tanks.
- Follows maintenance schedules for the processor, autoclave, and compressor weekly.
- Identifies, reports, and follows up on maintenance issues in the office, including dental equipment and handpieces.
- Follows OSHA regulations and MFSD safety requirements, including HIPAA guidelines, CPR, X‑ray, and other required certifications and registrations.
- Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
- Positive attitude in difficult or challenging situations.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Dental assisting certificate and radiology license preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant job experience, oral surgery experience a plus.
- Background check required.
- Bilingual language skills a plus but not required.
- Physical requirements:
primarily walking, talking, standing, and computer use. - Great personality.
