We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Education Counselor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in student counseling, admissions, or education services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals and must be located within a commutable distance of Wesley Chapel.

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding educational programs and career pathways.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings.
• Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Assess student needs and recommend suitable programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective students to support enrollment decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with students and families.
• Participate in outreach activities, events, and information sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive student experience.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.

• High school diploma required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in education, admissions, or counseling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
