Job Summary – Guest Arrival Supervisor

The GA Supervisor leads the team responsible for selling all tickets and rentals at the lagoon as well as checking guests in and resolving guest questions and concerns both onsite and via phone. Performing work both indoors and outdoors. This is a hands‑on position, and the successful candidate will both direct and participate in tasks with his or her team.

Responsibilities Include
  • Provides and models excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for leading a team that performs the following tasks:
    Sell lagoon tickets, rental products, umbrella services and activities. This team also assist guests with any questions or concerns onsite and via phone.
  • Maintains inventory and equipment.
  • Creates schedules, prepares, and reviews reports, checklists, and other paperwork.
  • Assesses employees’ progress: coaches with positive reinforcement and disciplines, when necessary, fairly, and consistently.
  • Manages daily budget hours and works with leadership to revise and develop changes as needed.
  • Provides resident updates and information entry.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma, AA BA degree preferred.
  • Minimum one-year supervisory experience
  • Minimum two years’ experience in ticket sales.
  • Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid & AED certifications.
  • Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may vary based on business needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outside in all‑weather elements for extended periods of time.
