Service Advisor

• Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.
• Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
• When appropriate, present a maintenance program that fits the customer's needs.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Represent Wesley Chapel Toyota’s stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.

• Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
• Toyota brand experience, a plus.
• Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
• Understanding of mechanical and technical aspects.
• Computer proficiency; experience with CDK a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player.
• Polished and professional.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
