Brand Ambassador

At Main Event, our Brand Ambassadors play an important role as the first and last person the Guest sees on every visit. As a Brand Ambassador, you help our Guests tailor their experience by advising and answering questions on various activities and directing them to the activities. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

• Welcome and greet all guests while being a FUN ambassador (first impressions are everything).
• Communicate to the team who is a first‑time Guest.
• Answer Guests’ questions on various activities and directions.
• Manage the guest experience by keeping communication clear on wait times for games, food, and other activities.
• Escort Guests to various activities, explaining safety rules, and assist with table maintenance.
• Thank Guests for coming and welcome them back.
• Perform opening, mid‑day, or closing duties.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest‑focused mindset.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Salary Range: $14 - $15 per hour.
