This is a full-time on-site role located in Wesley Chapel, FL, for a Retirement Specialist. The Retirement Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with retirement planning, guiding them in selecting appropriate retirement plans, and providing expert advice on employee benefits and insurance options. Daily tasks include reviewing client financial situations, educating about various retirement solutions, and creating personalized strategies. Collaboration with the finance team and effective client communication are essential to ensure tailored and successful planning.

• Strong expertise in Retirement Planning and Employee Benefits.
• Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Finance.
• Exceptional Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to analyze financial situations and propose suitable strategies.
• Proficiency in using financial planning tools and software is a plus.
• Relevant certifications like CFP, CRC, or related qualifications are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
