We’re seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a growing Family Medicine practice in Wesley Chapel, FL
. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity offering a stable weekday schedule with full benefits starting Day One
.

Spanish fluency is required
, as you’ll play a key role supporting a diverse, patient-centered Family Medicine population. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual CMA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment and is passionate about delivering compassionate care.

• Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures with professionalism and empathy
• Collect and document vital signs, patient histories, and intake information in Epic EMR
• Assist providers during Family Medicine exams, treatments, and procedures
• Administer medications and injections as ordered (if certified)
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, urinalysis, and specimen collection
• Support front-office functions including scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/out as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized exam rooms and equipment
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all clinical regulations
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and care teams
• Uphold the organization’s mission and values in every patient interaction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited Medical Assistant program
• Current MA certification (
  AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA
  )
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant
• Prior experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine strongly preferred
• Epic EMR experience (required)
• Spanish fluency required
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume clinical setting
• Flexibility to work assigned 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
