ABA Therapy / Behavioral Therapy
We're not a big-box ABA company, and we're proud of it!
Our team is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who wants to work in an environment supported by leadership, guided by ethical billing and clinical practices, who wants to make an impact without it leading to burnout.
We love to support our team, with a hands-on leadership approach from the top down. We are here for our clients, our clinicians, and to create an environment to foster a culture of support (we won't abandon you after the day you onboard with our team).
Owned and operated by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, we are proud of our operations and processes, and we don't engage with private equity firms.
Our team is looking for like-minded Analysts to join our cause!
Why Join Our Team?
- Private insurance and self-pay only (No Medicaid)
- Minimal travel, if any
- Ongoing support from ALL leadership
- We are a trusted university partner with multiple in-state and out-of-state relationships, lending to teaching and growing future Analysts
- We offer consistent and ongoing internal training for RBTs AND BCBAs
- We offer consistent case management support and guidance (we are here for you)
- We offer competitive BCBA compensation with performance-based incentives
- We offer flexible scheduling options with full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Hybrid positions available
- No weekends
- We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), paid PARENTAL leave (for our moms AND our dads), volunteer days out (because we like giving back to the community), and so much more
- We offer paid continuing education and ongoing professional development opportunities (but, really, shouldn't everyone)
- We don't just offer a supportive and collaborative environment, our team genuinely cares, because we're not reporting to a board
- We have room to grow. If you onboard as a BCBA with our team, you can count on opportunities expanding into your area of interest(s)
