We’re seeking a licensed therapist (LMHC) (LCSW) or (LMFT) to join our team full or part-time (W-2). The ideal candidate is empathetic, clinically skilled, and passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges. You’ll work with a diverse caseload, providing individual therapy and contributing to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

• Provide individual counseling to clients across a range of ages and presenting concerns
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other clinicians and referral sources as needed
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality

• Active Florida LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
• Availability for 10–20+ hours per week
