! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Greet and orient members and guests upon arrival to the pool area with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Check member IDs and ensure the accurate number of guests (if applicable).
• Enforce pool rules and regulations as posted, including but not limited to: no chair saving, dress code adherence, no glass or alcohol in the pool, and use of swim diapers for infants.
• Ensure the pool deck is clean and orderly at the beginning of each shift.
• Align lounge chairs neatly.
• Open umbrellas and inspect for safety/condition.
• Restock towels.
• Restock bathroom items as needed.
• Empty trash cans as needed.
• Assist members with relocating umbrellas or lounge chairs as needed.
• Help F&B team clear used dishes and cups to maintain a tidy environment.
• Report maintenance, safety, or guest concerns promptly to Maintenance Technician and the Resort Manager.
• Promote a positive and respectful atmosphere among all guests and team members.

• Oversee daily laundering of towels used in the pool, spa, and gym areas.
• Ensure fresh towels are stocked throughout the day in designated areas.
• Monitor and manage towel inventory, reporting shortages or supply needs.

• Wipe down and sanitize tables, lounge furniture, and high‑touch surfaces regularly.
• Straighten and reposition pool, gym, and spa furniture to ensure an orderly presentation.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles as needed and ensure cleanliness of common areas.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of community activities or events as directed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service, hospitality, or wellness facility experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and proactive in identifying guest or facility needs.
