The Director of Association Sales is responsible for leading and executing the resort’s association sales strategy to drive group room revenue, meetings, conferences, and events. This position develops and maintains strong relationships with association clients, identifies new business opportunities, and manages the sales process from prospecting through contract execution. The Director partners with Sales, Catering, Revenue Management, and Operations to maximize revenue opportunities, achieve established sales goals, and ensure an exceptional client experience while meeting or exceeding the resort’s overall profitability objectives.

Must be able to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and positive manner, in order to solicit business and meet client needs. This position may require occasional travel for client visits, sales calls, and events. Must be a team player who loves to apply creativity and a good sense of humor to the sales process. The ability to listen, speak and write in English to ascertain information and respond to clients is a must.
