Bay Care - - - Responsibilities:
Provides direct patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.;
Floats to all hospitals/units in Region 2 (Bay Care Wesley Chapel, St Joseph's, St Joseph's North and St Joseph's South Hospitals).;
Will be notified approximately 2 hours prior to start of shift which hospital they are working.;
Acts as part of Staffing Resource Office Float Team to support patient care needs.;
Adheres to facility policies and patient safety guidelines.
