Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Pasco County, FL Employment Type: Part-Time / PRN Schedule: Flexible shifts – Days, Evenings, Weekends

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our home care team in Pasco County, FL
. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide one-on-one medical care to clients in their homes, ensuring their health, safety, and comfort while promoting independence and dignity.

• Deliver skilled nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with agency policies
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, home health aides, and other healthcare team members
• Ensure patient safety through appropriate interventions and follow-up
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with agency standards and state regulations
• Respond promptly to changes in the patient’s condition and notify the appropriate personnel

• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
• Successful completion of a nursing skills assessment, including any relevant specialty areas
• Clear Level 2 Background Screening per AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration)
• Current In-Person CPR Certification (No online-only CPR accepted)
• Negative TB Test Result
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and Auto Insurance
