Newly Increased Compensation-$75K Start Date Bonus-CRNA ASC Opportunity in North Tampa Bay, Florida. Envision Physician Services has a featured opportunity for a qualified CRNA to join our expanding team in the North Tampa Bay area. The surgery center is a heavy orthopedic center with 2 ORs and 1 procedure room. Opportunity highlights and details are provided below.

• $75K Start Date Bonus
• ACT: 1 Physician and 2 APPs
• Case mix:
  Heavy ortho ranging from carpal tunnel to total joint replacements and pain
• No call, no weekends, no holidays, M-F only 8-hour shifts
• Stable, well-respected leadership
• 2 ORs and 1 procedure room
• Approx. 200 cases per month
