Registered Nurse - CVICU - Wesley Chapel, Florida

• Contract position (duration discussed during interview)

• Current, active RN license required
• Clinical experience in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment in critical situations
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and hemodynamic parameters
• Initiate and titrate life-support medications and interventions
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on procedures, treatments, and recovery expectations
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation
