Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics; Shops at Wiregrass - Wesley Chapel, FL

Fabletics is currently looking for a Full‑Time Sales Lead for our location at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, FL.

As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing a best‑in‑class retail store customer experience and support in Sales & Operations. Using cutting‑edge technology, you will enable our customers to shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates to help our customers live their passion.

• Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy retail experience.
• Actively provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes can weigh 10‑30 lbs.

• Minimum 1‑year experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (Yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, etc.).
• Ability to socialize with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams; strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to perform job duties: continuous moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
