Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment;
Respond to online and phone leads in a timely fashion and provide information to help guide customers from inquiry to in-store purchase;
Sell vehicles and negotiate terms to ensure payment options meet customers’ lifestyles, budgets, and expectations;
Provide exceptional customer experience before and after purchase and drive loyalty by following up with customers;
Coordinate with the Service department to support ongoing ownership experience and transition customers accordingly
