This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves organization, technology, marketing, and building lasting relationships. You'll play a critical role in helping us generate repeat business, referrals, and exceptional client experiences.

• Manage and maintain our CRM/database to ensure all client information is accurate and up to date.
• Create systems that ensure no client, lead, or referral partner falls through the cracks.
• Coordinate ongoing communication with past clients through calls, emails, text campaigns, newsletters, and special events.
• Schedule annual mortgage reviews and follow-up campaigns.
• Track birthdays, home purchase anniversaries, and other important client milestones.
• Monitor opportunities for refinances, HELOCs, move-up buyers, and investment property purchases.
• Keep our lead pipeline organized and ensure timely follow-up by our loan team.
• Build and maintain workflows that improve efficiency and accountability.
• Generate reports and provide insights on database health, client engagement, and follow-up activity.
• Assist with client appreciation events, online review campaigns, and referral partner outreach.
• Continuously identify ways to improve client retention and increase repeat and referral business.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to create an outstanding client experience.
• Mortgage, real estate, banking, financial services, or CRM experience is preferred but not required.
