What You'll DoAs an Automotive Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in achieving dealership sales objectives while developing a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals

Drive customer engagement and ensure an exceptional purchase experience

Manage daily sales activities, performance tracking, and training initiatives

Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results

Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and sales standards

Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture

What You'll Bring Prior Automotive Sales Management experience required

Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving dealership performance

Exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
