Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff and first responders when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify authorized access, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns according to site procedures.;
Support daily operations by documenting observations, completing incident reports, and providing visible presence in a manner that helps patients, visitors, and/or staff feel assisted and informed.
