Job OverviewAs an Apartment Firewatch, you will help maintain safety during fire alarm system malfunctions or renovations. Your responsibilities include monitoring for fire hazards, ensuring safety, and responding to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor for signs of fire or hazards.
- Conduct regular patrols.
- Call 911 immediately in emergencies.
- Report suspicious activity or hazards.
- Ensure safety equipment is accessible and functional.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Maintain activity logs.
- Experience in firewatch or security roles preferred.
- Attention to detail and alertness.
- Quick response in emergencies.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and any shift.
