Under direct supervision, this position performs multiple aspects of carpentry work required in the maintenance and construction of commercial buildings, churches, factories, office buildings, etc. Craftspeople contribute to safety, client satisfaction, project quality, cost control/schedule adherence, and teamwork with office and other craftsmen. Craftspeople must conform to corporate policies, uphold ethical standards, and exemplify corporate values.

• Keep safety in front of all tasks, including following all Nabholz and job-specific safety procedures.
• Receive instructions needed to perform job from supervisor.
• Set up and operate woodworking tools to cut, form, and finish material; erect or dismantle structures, repair or refinish walls or structures.
• Install wood and/or metal parts; erect or dismantle roofing and/or siding.
• Framing, drywall hanging, and minor drywall finishing.
• Painting, touch up, or incidental painting after structure repairs.
• Form, place, and finish concrete.
• Ceiling installation and repair.
• Hang doors and install locks and hardware.
• Cut, fit, and weld structural and miscellaneous steel.
• Maintain shop equipment and tools.
• Be active in team and morale building with office personnel and craftspeople.
• Safety-sensitive role for medical marijuana purposes.
• Drive personal or company vehicle; must complete motor vehicle records check, hold current valid driver's license, and self-report convictions/violations/tickets as per Company Policy.
• All other tasks as assigned.

• 1 to 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities.
• Completion of formal apprenticeship program, training program, or equivalent technical training and/or work experience.
• Ability to work in noisy and hot or cold environments.
• Fulfill required hand tool list within 60 days of employment.
• Availability to work outside normal hours and respond to 24/7 emergency call‑outs as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Work may require climbing onto rooftops for installation/repair.

• Considerable physical effort of hands and arms; must occasionally lift or move objects with considerable weight.
• Work in overhead structures and around/beneath machinery.
• May be required to return to work during major problems on off-shifts or weekends.

• Frequently travel, staying overnight.
• Availability to work overtime, nights, and weekends.
• Long periods outdoors, exposed to extreme heat and cold.
• Potential exposure to loud noises, harmful materials such as chemicals, fumes, odors, or dangerous machinery.
