THE ROLE
The Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the General Manager and branch operations team. This position helps coordinate day-to-day office activities, maintain accurate records and documentation, support communication between employees and leadership, and assist with a variety of operational needs.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment. This role works closely with branch leadership and serves as an important resource in keeping daily operations organized and running efficiently.

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager and operations team.
- Coordinate and maintain branch records, reports, files, and other operational documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, communications, and follow-up on operational needs.
- Support communication between branch leadership, employees, customers, and other GSF departments.
- Assist operations leaders with employee and customer-related documentation and administrative needs.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate information in company systems and assist with data entry and recordkeeping.
- Help track operational priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Assist with ordering and coordinating office or operational supplies as needed.
- Respond to routine questions and direct requests to the appropriate member of the team.
- Support branch projects, meetings, and other operational initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, customer, and company information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Previous administrative, operations, office coordination, or related experience preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple leaders or priorities in a service-based environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other standard office applications.
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees, customers, and leadership.
- Ability to successfully complete any required background screening.
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate by phone, email, video conference, and in person.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the office.
- Ability to lift and carry typical office materials and supplies as needed.
This position works primarily in a professional office environment and regularly interacts with branch leadership, operations employees, customers, and other GSF departments. Occasional travel to customer locations or other GSF facilities may be required depending on operational needs.
