Sr. Project Manager​/Residential & Commercial Construction

Job Description

Long-standing commercial general contractor serving communities in WI for over 90 years is in need of a Residential and Commercial Sr. Project Manager/Project Executive for their northern WI office. You will be working on commercial projects such as municipal, educational, healthcare, commercial industrial and luxury residential homes.

Projects will vary in size from $100,000 to $10 Million. Some of your duties will be (but not limited to) the following:

• Assisting in the bidding process
• Preparation of schedules of the projects
• Manage costs and forecast profitability for each project
• Estimating projects
• Assisting in sales efforts

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in communication, relationship development and problem solving. We are looking for someone who has proficiency in estimating, scheduling and cost control.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of working knowledge in construction project management, field engineering or estimating
• A Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and experience in luxury residential construction, all a PLUS!
• Knowledge of basic computer software including Excel, on screen takeoff, Microsoft Word, Primavera P6, Bluebeam and Planswift is preferred.
