The target pay range for this position is $21.65–$24.23 per hour. The full pay range is $21.65–$28.65 per hour. Compensation decisions are determined by relevant skills, experience and education. Incentives are performance based and vary by role.

The teller role plays a crucial part in providing quality service to our members.

• Location:
  
  Pierce County Financial Center (PCFC)
• Training: 10–15 required days at Tukwila Financial Center during first five weeks.
• One‑Year Commitment:
  All retail new hires are expected to remain at least one year before pursuing other opportunities.
• Travel Required:
  
  Train at Tukwila FC and commute to assigned branch.
• Schedule Flexibility:
  Varying shifts during operating hours, including up to three Saturdays per month.

  Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–6:00PM. Post‑training:
  Monday–Friday 8:30AM–6:30PM; up to three rotational Saturdays per month 8:45AM–1:30PM.

• Minimum:
  High School Diploma or GED, one year of customer service or related experience.
• Desired:
  Teller or cash handling experience, Spanish language fluency, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in promoting and selling financial products or services, knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Successful completion of in‑house teller training program.
• Proficient math skills, ability to process account transactions accurately, multitask, good verbal and written communication, good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member, using discretion and sound judgment.
• Additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives and goals.
