Dental Hygienist – Forward Dental Delafield

Location: 3210 Golf Road, Delafield, WI 53018

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Compensation: Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in WI and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • New grads or seasoned hygienists welcome to apply
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care
  • Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions or in-person periodically throughout the year
  • A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions and must be completed prior to starting employment. Test arrangement and guidance provided during pre-employment process. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
