• Guaranteed $120,000 base, with 37% of adjusted net production, and a realistic path to $250,000 to $350,000+ once you're rolling
• 4 to 5 day workweek, no call, and flexible time off (yes, dentists get vacations too)
• 10 operatories with CBCT, CEREC and digital everything, so you're practicing modern dentistry, not fighting outdated equipment
• Full clinical autonomy to diagnose and treatment plan the way you were trained to, not the way a corporate quota dictates
• Room to grow into oral surgery, endo and implants if you want to expand your scope, with mentorship if you need it

Production drives compensation here, and the practice has providers hitting $4,000 to $6,000+ in daily production. Translation: the harder you work and the better you connect with patients, the faster that number climbs.
