Environmental, Health and Safety Intern

Belmark is looking for an Environmental, Health & Safety Intern to support compliance with our EHS system.

• Assist with internal safety & environmental audits.
• Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and draft procedures for safe operation of production equipment.
• Conduct workplace environmental (light, noise, chemical) monitoring.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) inventory.
• Assist with environmental & safety compliance record‑keeping.
• Ensure production signage is up to date.
• Research safety and environmental best practices for internal adoption.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Compliance Manager and Environmental Health & Safety Specialist.

• Student enrolled full‑time or part‑time at an accredited university or technical college. Applicable degrees include Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Administration.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 but up to 40 hours per week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
• Must be a resident of Wisconsin or Arizona.
