Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an experienced Staff Engineer – Torque Tool Strategy in Franklin, WI
.
Compensation: up to $165K/year + annual bonus + stock contribution
Position OverviewThis role will lead the strategy, deployment, integration, and long-term support of torque tool systems across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead torque tool specification, programming, installation, validation, and sustainment
- Implement torque-monitored fastening systems and controllers
- Integrate torque systems with MES and ERP platforms
- Develop programming, calibration, maintenance, and manufacturing standards
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and IT/IoT teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
- 8+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience
- Experience in high-volume, high-mix, or semi-automated manufacturing
- Strong manufacturing systems, project leadership, and continuous improvement experience
- Master’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Design for Manufacturing, Assembly & Automation (DFMA)
