Our stylists earn an average of $30-$45 per hour
, including base pay, tips, and commission bonuses. With a steady stream of guests and an established client base waiting for you, you'll have the support you need to succeed from day one.

• Competitive base pay:
  • $16/hour for full-time stylists (34+ hours/week)
  • $15/hour for part-time stylists (under 34 hours/week)
• Up to 5 weeks of paid vacation each year

You're a great fit if you:

• Hold a valid Wisconsin Cosmetology or Barber License
• Have salon experience of any level, from newly licensed to seasoned professional
