• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent experience
• You bring 3–5+ years of AR experience
  , including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  .
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections is a must
• You know accounting principles and receivables best practices like the back of your hand.
• You’ve worked with SNF/CBRF billing, including T-19, MCOs, commercial/private insurance, and Med‑pending.
• You’re tech‑savvy, with proficiency in ERP systems (bonus points for Matrix) and advanced Excel skills.
