In this pivotal role, you'll provide specialized services to a small caseload of five students, allowing you to deliver truly individualized care and make a meaningful difference in each childs learning experience.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and collaborating with educators and families

• Assess students speech, language, and communication needs through standardized tools and observations
• Develop and implement effective, personalized therapy plans for a caseload of five students
• Track student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster students academic and social growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input in goal-setting and program development
