As aBanner Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will enjoy working with a group of staff who takes pride in what they do each day! The clinical and administrative staff focus on the community and the well-being of the patients we serve. You will also enjoy an autonomous work environment and 1:1 patient care which will allow you to track patients' treatment plan and their progress toward a healthy life!
You will be responsible for 5-6 routine visits daily under supervision of PT. You will have an opportunity to treat patients with a wide variety of clinical conditions and goals (i.e. post-op orthopedic patients, neuro rehab, cardiac issues and more).

SCHEDULE:Training Core:

- 8:00am-5:00pm
- First 30-60 days

- Friday 'Work your way' 4 10hr shifts or 5 8hr shifts - Saturday & Sunday + other days during the week 'Work your way' 4 10hr shifts or 5 8hr shifts
- Commitment to working every other weekend with working weekdays on the off weeks, or working every weekend with flexibility of working one week day.
Part Time
- 20-28 Hours per week
- Monday-Friday: 5, 8, 10 hour days

POSITIONSUMMARY
This position is responsible for the administration of physical therapy treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, in accordance with physician referral, state and local organizational standards, regulatory agencies, and established departmental policies and procedures. This position demonstrates the clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served.
