Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Ensure all stores meet Papa Johns’ standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store‑level leaders and team members to build capability and accountability.
• Performance Management: Drive improvements in labor management, food cost, inventory control, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
• Culture Building: Reset expectations, reinforce company values, and establish a positive, performance‑driven environment.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintain adherence to brand policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Daily Travel: Visit assigned stores regularly to provide hands‑on leadership, support, and oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi‑unit or store‑level leadership within quick‑service, retail, or hospitality environments
• Strong coaching, communication, and people‑development skills
• Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in challenging conditions
