Essential Duties and Responsibilities- 10+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
- 10+ years of welding/fabrication experience.
- Ability to lay out, position, align, and square parts.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness with all tasks.
- Ability to make decisions and follow through.
- Ability to perform multiple welding disciplines such as GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Welding certification preferred but not required.
