Novonesis is seeking an Operator in Fermentation to operate, adjust, sanitize, and monitor specialized equipment used to produce microbial products. You will support GMP compliance and contribute to product quality and safety.
In this role, you’ll follow documented procedures, collaborate with team members, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers a Monday–Friday majority schedule with 7-on/7-off rotations and training opportunities.
