Cheese Production Worker 2nd & 3rd Shift

We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as Cheese Laborers in Chilton, Wisconsin. This hands-on production role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and contributing to the production of high-quality cheese products.

As a Cheese Laborer, you will support packaging and sanitation operations within the facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lift and place 7-pound cheese blocks onto conveyor belts for packaging.
• Stack product into large plastic totes.
• Move filled totes using a pallet truck to the sealing station.
• Transfer sealed totes to the cooler for storage.
• Maintain safe and efficient workflow throughout the production process.
• Assist with nightly sanitation of production equipment, including:
  • Conveyor belts
  • Packaging machinery
  • Production surfaces
• Perform wet cleaning activities while wearing protective rain gear and PPE.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.

Second Shift

• Monday
  - Thursday OR Tuesday
  - Friday
• 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Third Shift

• Monday
  - Thursday + 1 hour into Friday
• 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Base Pay: $24.70/hour

Shift Premiums:

• + $3.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• + $2.25/hour for weekend hours worked
