A cutting-edge manufacturing organization is hiring a Production Manager to lead daily operations in a 24/7 environment. This role focuses on driving performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while leading supervisors and improving processes within a highly automated facility.
What You’ll Do- Lead and develop Production Supervisors across multiple shifts
- Execute daily production plans and meet operational targets
- Monitor KPIs (productivity, downtime, scrap, efficiency) and drive improvements
- Communicate priorities between leadership and production teams
- Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory standards
- Build a strong, accountable, team-focused culture
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience managing supervisors or team leads
- Strong knowledge of production operations and performance metrics
- Hands‑on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 5 Whys, or similar tools
- Plastics or extrusion manufacturing experience
- Automotive industry background
- Experience in advanced or highly automated facilities
- Newly created leadership position
- Focus on core production (not plant management)
