To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - 10+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
- 10+ years of welding/fabrication experience.
- The ability to lay out, position, align, and square parts.
- Attention to Detail and thoroughness with all tasks.
- The ability to make decisions and follow through.
- The ability to perform multiple welding disciplines such as GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Welding certification preferred but not required.
