We are seeking a dynamic and talented Staff Educator Nurse to join our team! The Staff Educator is a Registered Nurse responsible for providing technical support and education for hospital staff. In this role you will be responsible for nursing staff education and training, and for the employee health and compliance program. Additionally, you will assist the CNO in evaluating, reviewing, designing, and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN/MHT staff required training.

Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing program. Master’s level preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years direct clinical experience preferred in a psychiatric or mental health setting, with direct experience in staff education, nursing practices, patient assessments, and education concepts, practices and procedures.
- Licensure: Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
- Additional Requirements: Complete knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, restraint and seclusion, and ability to prepare and present training events as directed for Nursing Services. Completion of training in CPI/Verbal De‑Escalation and CPR, obtainable during new hire orientation. May be required to work occasional weekends and/or other hours; conduct weekend training as needed.
