VMP Healthcare and Community Living is looking for a LPN to join our team!
You will perform a variety of technical procedures in caring for residents and collaborate with the Registered Nurse in administering care.

Education Requirements:
- An active, valid LPN license with the State of Wisconsin
- A minimum of six months experience in a long-term care setting following licensure is preferred.
Job Responsibility Overview:
- Provides direct and indirect care to residents.
- Performs a variety of technical procedures in caring for subacute, convalescent and chronically ill residents.
- Collaborates with the Registered Nurse in administering care to the complex and unstable resident.
- Independent projects, learning projects or quality improvement projects are encouraged.
- Maintains practice under the LPN scope of practice guidelines.
