Hiring for Part-Time and Full-Time!
1st Shift

6:00am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift
Hours:
2:00pm - 10:30pm
3rd Shift
Hours:
10:00pm - 6:30am
Hourly Compensation: $18-$22, dependent on experience

Education Requirements:
- WI Nurse Aid certification required.
- The Communication Pro – Completes documentation with smooth efficiency, notices and reports changes like a sharp-eyed sidekick, keeps resident info protected, and communicates with kindness and clarity.
- The Care Champion – Delivers everyday care with skill and confidence, uses CNA abilities like reliable go‑to powers, encourages resident independence, and offers helpful guidance to fellow CNAs.
- The Respect Defender – Treats every resident with dignity, protects their rights and belongings, helps maintain a safe, supportive environment, and uses feedback to grow stronger in their role.
- The Knowledge Keeper – Keeps certification active, stays on top of continuing education, shows up for required trainings, and follows policies and regulations with steady reliability.
- The Team Harmony Hero – Provides resident-centered care that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, encourages residents to take part in activities, supports coworkers, and shows professionalism in every shift.
