Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor – Day Shift (Part-Time)
Location: West Allis, WI
Schedule: Part-Time | Day Shift (8 hours) | Every Other Weekend
Resolve is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor to join our team in West Allis. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a motivated RN who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while supporting and guiding clinical staff during day shift operations.
What You’ll DoAs the RN Nurse Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical leadership and day shift supervision to nursing staff
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care delivery
- Serve as the primary clinical decision-maker and escalation point during shift
- Coordinate staffing assignments and support workflow efficiency
- Monitor compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
- Assist with admissions, assessments, documentation, and clinical support as needed
- Promote a positive, supportive, and accountable team environment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience (supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
