We're hiring for full or part-time on 2nd shift in our Skilled Nursing facility, Maplewood Center.

What You'll Do

As an RN/LPN, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care by:

  • Providing direct nursing care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
  • Assessing resident needs and responding to changes in condition.
  • Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Supervising and supporting nursing assistants to ensure exceptional resident care.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Helping create a positive, respectful environment where residents and team members thrive.
What We're Looking For
  • Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license in good standing.
  • Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
