We're hiring for full or part-time on 2nd shift in our Skilled Nursing facility, Maplewood Center.
As an RN/LPN, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care by:
- Providing direct nursing care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
- Assessing resident needs and responding to changes in condition.
- Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervising and supporting nursing assistants to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Helping create a positive, respectful environment where residents and team members thrive.
- Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
