Resolve West Allis is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our Ventilator & Tracheostomy Unit . This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while supporting and developing a dedicated nursing team.

• Schedule:
  
  Full-Time
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8-hour Day Shift
• Rotating on-call schedule
• Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually , based on experience

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Vent & Trach Unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Active RN license.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
